Pacific-Logic Ltd services team is provide at the customer business or home location. Next Business day service will be provide within the contracted on-site response time .

Professional Setup and Training Service
To ensure our printer to be installed correctly , Our professional service team can arrange certified engineer to perform customer site visit for printer installation.
A general usage training for the printer can be also provided.

Online service
Our professional service team provides free online enquiry and email support. Customers can also find technical tips and Q&A . as well as the printer drivers download on our website .
